Challenge

To install a complete industrial electrical system, including power distribution, CCTV, door access, and solar repairs, while ensuring the workshop remained operational and safe.

Task Execution

We decommissioned the old workshop and stripped out the cabling, sockets, and consumer units.
Installed 87m of high-level cable ladder and over 3,000m of armoured cable.
Set up three-phase and single-phase commando sockets, power supply for a 20-ton gantry crane, and full-site CCTV.
Implemented door access control, external lighting, and power solutions.
Repaired an existing faulty Solar PV system.
Coordinated with multiple trades, using IPAF-trained engineers and working out of hours when needed.

Result

Completed the project within the 32-day timeline and budget despite multiple additions.
Delivered a fully operational and optimised workshop, enhancing production efficiency and safety.
