Complete Electrical, Fire alarm, CCTV, Staff & Guest Wi-Fi, Data, Intruder alarm, EV charging & Sound system designed and installed for Dragonfly Farm in Speldhurst, Tunbridge Wells

Challenge

To deliver a full design and build of all electrical and security systems for the new Dragonfly Farm Shop & Café in Speldhurst, Tonbridge. The client required a complete package – Electrical, Fire alarm, Data and Network, CCTV, Intruder alarm, Emergency lighting, and Sound system. There were no existing drawings, meaning all systems needed to be designed and installed from scratch while accommodating ongoing changes throughout the project.

Task Execution

Conducted an initial client meeting to establish requirements and expectations for the new farm shop and café.
Produced detailed designs and technical drawings for all electrical and security systems, iterating these in close collaboration with the client until final approval.
Delivered and installed the following systems:
- Commercial electrical infrastructure throughout the premises.
- Comprehensive fire alarm system for enhanced safety.
- Data and networking cabling to support business operations complete with access points.
